submit your coursework

Before submitting, please review your coursework to ensure that you have done the following:

• Fill out the participant information section at the beginning of your coursework packet to receive a certificate for this course
• Provide thoughtful responses to all the items in each of the five modules
• Highlight all your responses in yellow so that your work can be easily reviewed
• Complete the course completion survey at the end of your coursework packet
• When completed, convert the coursework packet to PDF. You can do this by opening FILE and clicking “Save as” , “Save a copy” or “Export” and then choosing PDF as the file format option. 
• Name the PDF using your first name_last name_course code
           Example:  John Smith P101
• Email your coursework to coursework@usefulpractice.com with the word COMPLETE in the subject box.

Courses can take up to two weeks to review. If your coursework passes review, you will receive your certificate of completion in the mail. If we feel a revision and a second review is necessary, we will email you with the details. Thank you!
